Sodexo Live! is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead sales and business development activities within Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges, North America. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Global Sales - Airport Lounges, this leader will drive strategic initiatives, develop innovative Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to achieve and exceed targets, and shape the segment's growth by cultivating client relationships, driving strategic bids, and aligning with business objectives.

This is a remote position with 50% travel. The successful candidate must reside near a major airport.

This role offers incentives including a commission in addition to the base salary.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Advise on strategies to achieve profitable growth through business development efforts. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and execute GTM strategies.
  • Business Development Execution: Establish and implement approaches to penetrate key markets, develop sales strategies, and drive strategic bidding processes leveraging industry expertise.
  • Performance and Accountability: Set and achieve growth targets, monitor sales performance, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Strategy teams to refine offerings and ensure aligned sales goals.
  • Market and Client Insights: Maintain understanding of market trends and contribute to strategic account development.
