Job Title : Vice President Business Development & Capture, Federal Civilian

Salary Range : $147,000 - $273,000

Summary
The Strategic Programs team is focused on maintaining and achieving the company's strategic business vision. Team members help capture new and existing business opportunities and oversee all aspects of business development and capture within the company. The team maximizes the #HUSTLE and #HUNGER aspects of the Agile Defense company culture to propose and deliver against critical Department of Defense, Federal, and Civilian agency mission goals and objectives.
The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for leading the identification, qualification, and early capture of new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian sector. As part of a high-performing team of Vice Presidents, this individual will drive strategic growth initiatives, build trusted client relationships, and support the seamless transition of opportunities into full capture and proposal phases. The ideal candidate is high-energy, collaborative, self-starting, and calm under the pressures of a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
