Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic partnerships across the biopharma ecosystem. This role is critical in connecting breakthrough diagnostics and therapies to patients worldwide.
The successful candidate will have over 15 years of business development experience, solid leadership skills, and a deep understanding of precision oncology. The position supports a hybrid work model, enabling a balance between on-site collaboration and individual-focused time.

As Vice President, Business Development, you will drive strategic partnerships across the biopharma ecosystem, accelerate growth, and play a critical role in bringing breakthrough diagnostics and therapies to patients worldwide.
Base pay ranges:
Additional compensation such as bonus, commission, or equity is not included in these ranges. Compensation offers will be based on multiple factors, including geography, experience, education, job‑related skills, and business needs.
Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Hybrid Work Model: This section is applicable to onsite employees who are eligible for hybrid work location as specified by management and related policies. Guardant has defined days for in‑person/onsite collaboration and work‑from‑home days for individual‑focused time. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This model provides flexibility for better work‑life balance while keeping teams connected.
