This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role with direct exposure to institutional capital partners and platform-wide growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead business plan execution from acquisition through disposition, including repositionings and major capital initiatives.
  • Drive long-term value creation by leveraging internal capabilities and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee asset performance and project execution to ensure NOI growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize workforce structure, streamline capital workflows, and deploy high-impact technologies.
  • Set and exceed aggressive performance targets through data-driven collaboration with property, construction, and finance teams.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to support proactive, insight-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for institutional investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
  • Lead all investor and lender communications, including reporting, recapitalizations, refinancings, and sale processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth.
  • Promote cross-functional alignment across acquisitions, design, construction, and operations for unified execution.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 6+ years in real estate acquisitions and / or asset management, ideally across both institutional and entrepreneurial platforms.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, leasing strategy, financial modeling, and portfolio analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence, demonstrating humility, intuition, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by a high level of initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit.
