· Oversees the development and maintenance of file acquisition, conversion, and load workflow tools.
· Applies departmental expertise in analyzing input data and data layouts as they relate to the provided programming specifications. Fosters identification of issues, and partnership with Agency Data Specialist team if delivering accurate conversion output.
· Directs the completion of simple and complex assessor and agency data mapping assignments within specified SLAs.
· Ensures the application of mapping Quality Control programs and procedures on all converted data, minimizing the number of mapping-related reworks.
· Manages the effective and timely processing, evaluation, and reconciliation of On-Demand payment files for automated file agencies.
· Coordinates team and company resources ensuring policies and procedures are in place that are consistent with company goals to ensure effective operation of the team.
· Uses quality, efficiency, and cost-benefit analyses to compare varying operating programs/abilities.
· Prepares weekly / monthly performance reports as required for Agency Data Conversion Team to senior management.
Workforce Management
· Directs Agency Data Conversion activities, including, but not limited, interpreting agency data files, tracking work product through the defined process flow, creating and modifying data conversion programs, developing and executing validation processes and investigating and resolving data conversion inquiries, issues, suggestions and claims.
· Develops and maintains staffing level modeling.
· Monitors results versus staffing models and daily workflow reporting ensuring proper staff coverage and timeliness of department output.
· Manages departmental budget and provides fiscal direction to the team. Supplies input for annual operating budgets and establishes policies for carrying out corporate budget directives.
Monitors property data vendor performance using scorecards and ensure that all agreed upon service levels are maintained.
Strategic Support
· Maintains broad knowledge of advanced data analysis, familiarity with tools, applications, programs, and techniques to identify trends in diverse data types.
· Stays abreast of current and emerging legislation, technologies, issues, and approaches in the mortgage servicing and property assessment industries.
· Participates in the development of business requirements for operational process changes. Actively participates in design efforts and user acceptance testing.
· Identifies and leads continuous process improvement initiatives.
This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.
Salary range: $79,302 - $117,484
