We are building a digitally focused team that deeply understands the intersection between user experience, data, and AI/ML to optimize how we engage with customers and partners.

Job Summary

Vice President, Affinity position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The primary duty is to drive incremental growth from national agencies, insurance companies, and other alternate types of distribution.

Position Responsibilities
  • Create the roadmap for determining and developing strategic partnerships
  • Execute on key KPIs including revenue and EBITDA growth
  • Identify and cultivate key strategic partners such as national agencies, insurance carriers, retail operations (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot), and opportunities in nontraditional distribution channels
  • Lead negotiations for new contracts and override agreements with key partners
  • Develop and implement long-term sales objectives and profit-sharing structures based on production
  • Collaborate with legal to ensure contractual agreements protect the company’s interests
  • Identify potential industry trade associations to partner with as an endorsed carrier for sectors like construction and hospitality
  • Provide insights to product and underwriting to ensure we are efficient and best in class from the customer’s perspective
  • Lead the implementation and roll-out of these programs
  • Provide insights and competitive intelligence to product managers, underwriting, and the sales team to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and ease of doing business
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure systems are optimized for tracking and reporting
  • Maintain and update producer marketing database (Salesforce)
  • Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations
  • Support corporate communications, marketing, and advertising
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows to drive additional business
  • Propose and follow up on corporate and individual promotions
  • Undertake special projects as assigned by management and perform other duties as requested
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure partnership success
  • Provide necessary training and support to partners to ensure mutual success
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 12+ years of previous sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Has held similar roles in the past
Travel

This position requires travel up to 50%.

Compensation and Benefits

This role includes a bonus component in addition to base compensation. The starting annual pay scale is listed below; actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. ISC offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

National Pay Range: $130,000 - $205,000 USD
