Chase is seeking a Vice President, Accessibility Testing Organization Lead to define and drive the accessibility testing strategy for customer-facing card shopping experiences. You will lead a team of professionals, partner with Product, Technology, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and embed accessibility across the product lifecycle from discovery to release.
Responsibilities include governance, defect analysis, remediation tracking, and executive-ready reporting.

As an Vice President, Accessibility Testing Organization Lead in Card Shopping, you will define and lead the accessibility testing strategy and operating model for customer-facing card shopping experiences. You will manage and develop a team of accessibility testing professionals, partner across Product, Technology, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and ensure accessibility quality is built into the product lifecycle from discovery through release.
