Overview

A well-established and growing agricultural equipment manufacturer is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President & General Manager to lead a global business division focused on innovative solutions for modern livestock production operations.

This executive leader will drive both short- and long-term business growth while overseeing operations, sales alignment, product strategy, customer relationships, and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of operational leadership, strategic vision, financial acumen, and relationship-building skills within a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute division-wide strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives

Qualifications
Education

Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive senior leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, agriculture equipment, or related industries
  • Experience leading through dealer/distributor networks strongly preferred
  • Background in international business operations and strategic growth initiatives highly valued
