Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a dedicated Vice Chair of Quality for the Department of Medicine at Hackensack University Medical Center. This role leads quality initiatives across inpatient and ambulatory care, chairs the Quality Council and Peer Review Committee, and develops dashboards to monitor improvement.

The ideal candidate is board-certified in Internal Medicine or subspecialty, with interest in research and education.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine and/or an Internal Medicine subspecialty.
• A minimum of three years of experience after completing residency or fellowship.
• Preferred quality-improvement experience with publications/presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across inpatient and ambulatory care.
• Chair the Department of Medicine Quality Council and Peer Review Committee.
• Develop and manage quality dashboards to track progress.
• Ensure adherence to Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Collaborate with the Office of Patient Experience to enhance care.
• Educate and mentor residents and faculty in quality improvement.
• Promote scholarly activity in quality and safety.
