Gold's Gym Washington in Woodinville, WA seeks a part-time Group Exercise—Yoga Instructor to lead safe, structured yoga sessions, guide members through routines that improve strength, endurance, and flexibility, and serve as a fitness education resource.

You will prep classes, manage equipment, adapt to different fitness levels, foster a positive, motivating class atmosphere, and promote club programs and memberships.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of safe yoga technique and group exercise principles.
• Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics.
• Performance of a variety of exercise routines.
• Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment.
• Certification required in the Group Exercise Instructor’s specific program(s).
• Current CPR certification and basic first aid training required.
• Physical demands include lifting light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking.

Aufgaben

• Pre-class Preparation: Arrive 10 minutes early, orient new participants, and ensure equipment is ready.
• During Class Responsibilities: Introduce format, gauge fitness levels, ensure clear instructions and engaging atmosphere, tailor variations.
• After Class Responsibilities: Return equipment to proper settings, prep room for next class, address questions, solicit feedback.
• Additional Responsibilities: Begin/end on time, coordinate with manager for substitutions, attend staff meetings, follow clock-in/out procedures, promote Gold’s Gym and GGX.
