Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services based on client needs.
• Conduct client consultations and assess medical history prior to treatment.
• Maintain a clean, serene treatment space following health standards.
• Explain procedures and adjust techniques to guest feedback.
• Keep accurate treatment records and observations.
• Recommend spa products and at-home wellness practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current in techniques.
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure exceptional guest experience.
