Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant for the Wellspring Village, helping residents enjoy each day through tailored programming and friendly engagement.

You’ll support planning activities, foster social, cultural, and emotional experiences, and collaborate with team members to create a vibrant living environment for residents with dementia and cognitive needs.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• You may use your talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia to engage residents.
• You have a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement engaging programming (spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, emotional).
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events (games, painting, singing, music).
• Encourage resident participation in activities and programs.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
