Qualifications

• Connect with residents quickly and learn about them.
• Encourage participation in spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement diverse programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Organize and run games, art, music, and other activities for residents.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events.
• Possibly drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Set up and break down events and activities.
