Responsibilities

• Build rapport and a sense of community with members through consistent coaching.
• Deliver classes following Chuze guidelines with prepared equipment and music.
• Complete onboarding and stay updated with training materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gym.
• Use feedback from Fitness Manager to improve sessions.
• Maintain credentials and participate in ongoing fitness education.
• Collaborate with staff to meet member and facility needs.
• Attend department meetings and promotional events.
