Time Out Market Brooklyn is seeking energetic Cocktail Servers to join our beverage team. This position focuses on providing friendly, efficient table service throughout the Market while creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.

Cocktail Servers will take beverage orders, enter orders into the POS, pick up drinks from the bar, and deliver them promptly to tables. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication and organization, with the potential for tips in a busy venue.

Formación

• Previous serving, cocktail serving, bartending, or high-volume hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide attentive beverage service.
• Take cocktail, beer, wine, non-alcoholic, and other beverage orders.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately.
• Deliver beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and glassware.
• Coordinate with bartenders, barbacks, managers, and FOH team members.
• Stay knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, plus specials and promotions.
