Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group in Town of Florida, NY, is seeking a bartender to warmly welcome guests, share menu knowledge, and deliver outstanding service in both restaurant and golf course areas.

This role requires high-volume bartending experience, weekend/holiday availability, and familiarity with POS systems. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience while maintaining cleanliness and order.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve our guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience. Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas and gaming areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
• Responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay rate: $Hourly + tips

Role type: non-exempt

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
