Margaritaville Restaurants is seeking an experienced bartender to manage day-to-day bar operations, provide attentive service to guests, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include cocktail preparation, cash handling, inventory checks, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a memorable guest experience. Previous high-volume bartending preferred; must meet legal age requirements.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience as a bartender; high-volume env. preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Ability to complete a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Able to free-pour to recipes and knowledgeable about cocktails and frozen drinks.
• Must meet state-law age requirement for alcohol service.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and staff.
• Verifies guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old.
• Follows recipes and beverage preparation procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar, glassware, utensils, counters, and ashtrays.
• Operates the POS system efficiently and handles currency correctly.
• Assists with stocking and inventory of liquor and bar supplies.
• Provides friendly, personalized service to encourage guest return.
