Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in social services, preferably with children/teens.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities, games, STEAM projects, and enrichment programs.
• Mentor students, build meaningful connections, encourage growth.
• Create a welcoming, safe, inclusive space for participation.
• Organize activities, events, and learning experiences.
• Lead program assistants and volunteers to keep activities running smoothly.
