Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is looking for part-time coaches to run after-school sports sessions for kids ages 5–10 in elementary settings. Most sessions run 1 hour with an optional 30 minutes of pre-care, Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, across multiple Bay Area schools.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session. Coaches provide a fun, energetic environment, with all equipment supplied. Local travel and a brief training/shadow period are required before starting.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Live locally and able to work in person.
• Experience in sports coaching or working with kids preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive, active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must submit a short bio and photo for the website profile.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size between 8–16 students and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Handle equipment provided by the company; ensure reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
