We are over 550 professionals currently seeking a Vibe Software Developer. As a Vibe Developer, you’ll be part of the Revenue Operations team, building AI-powered systems and tackling ad-hoc tasks that enhance lead generation and internal go-to-market processes.
This role is fast-paced, startup-style, perfect for automation and AI enthusiasts!

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop microservices for automated lead generation
• Integrate platforms like Airtable, Clay, and other data providers via APIs
• Utilize LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open source) for smart automation
• Work in a fast shipping environment — startup mode, not corporate cycles
• Perform web scraping using BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Puppeteer
• Leverage AI & APIs: LLMs, MCP, Apify, SERP, Airtable, Clay, HubSpot, Instantly
• Use tools like Cursor or WindSurf

Qualifications

We Expect You to:

• Be passionate about AI and automation
• Have experience with RAG, agents in langchain/crewai/autogen, scraping tools
• Be skilled in rapid prototyping and microservice architecture on no/low-code platforms (make, n8n)
• Spend hours with Cursor or WindSurf
• Be comfortable working in a globally distributed remote team
