Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Via Fill Operator to work on via-fill and planarization equipment, ensuring bond quality and process integrity for PCB manufacturing. The role requires following procedures, inspecting outputs, and maintaining safe work practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
• Able to read prints and drawings and interpret shop travelers.
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and hazardous waste per policies.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop travelers to verify WO number and panel quantity.
• Inspect via-fill holes for quality and abnormality before processing.
• Apply non-conductive paste onto equipment for boards.
• Operate Mass via fill, Pola Massa and SV-100 planarization systems.
• Verify sustainability of via fill/planarization before moving to next dept.
• Maintain safe, neat and orderly workplace per policy.
• Complete departmental documentation accurately including travelers.
• Follow safety measures when handling chemicals and waste.
