Qualifications

• Prior experience in PCB manufacturing is preferred.
• Understanding of Lean principles is a plus.
• Detailed work performance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production time-sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment.
• Meet or exceed expected output targets.
• Read blueprints and understand engineering notes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Skills

Knowledge of circuit board terminology

Experience with CNC machinery

Strong comprehension of written instructions

Ability to communicate in English

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to stand throughout shift

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
