Job description

Shift: 2:30p - 11:00p

ITAR Compliance Requirement:

This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status). Candidates who do not meet ITAR eligibility requirements will not be considered for this position.

Scope:

A via is a copper plated hole used to connect two or more layers in a printed circuit board (PCB). Via Fill is a manufacturing process used to selectively and completely fill or close via holes by applying epoxy to the PCB and then planarizing epoxy and copper once cured.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operate all department equipment, perform quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
  2. Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
  3. Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion of previous operations, count accuracy, and quality.
  4. Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
  5. Work overtime and weekends as necessary.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours during the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without strain.
Experience and Education:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience in a similar manufacturing-related industry preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to cross-train.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
