Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a leading EMS provider, is hiring a Via Fill Operator for the 2nd shift in Costa Mesa, CA. You will support the Epoxy Via Fill department and work with epoxy formulations, following vendor bake instructions and preparing panels for the via fill process.

The role requires 1–2 years in PCB manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and ability to stand long periods; overtime may be required, and occasional driving for pickups/deliveries is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in PCB industry.
• Must be able to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Must have good attention to detail and quality.
• Must be available to work overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Job requires standing for long periods (up to 80%).
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Epoxy Via Fill department using Peters, Tayio and San Ei epoxies.
• Follow vendor recommendations for baking epoxy.
• Tape and prepare panels for via fill process.
• Planarize product as required.
• Drive company vehicle for pick up and delivery to customers and vendors.

Salary Range (annual):

$39,520.00 - $45,760.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
