Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking a leader to head the Systems Engineering Team within Vehicle Hardware Engineering. You will drive MBSE modeling, optimize part counts, and coordinate with Program, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other interfaces to ensure cost-effective, integrated vehicle systems.
The role requires 5+ years in Functional or Vehicle Engineering, CAD/CAE proficiency, and demonstrated leadership.

You will lead Systems Engineering Team (SET) Leaders, through Systems Design methodology. You will identify and deliver cost / weight efficiencies, component part reductions, quality improvement, labor savings, and service efficiency.
