What You’ll Do

• Exemplify MCR’s values and demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Assist VGD guests with the use and enjoyment of VGD machines.
• Ensure VGD machines are stocked with ticket paper to keep them operational.
• Service minor machine and printer malfunctions.
• Sell VGD tickets to customers for use in machines.
• Consult with VGD Shift Manager or Supervisor in case of customer dissatisfaction or machine issues.
• Help maintain VGD floor security by reporting suspicious activity.
• Assist VGD Supervisors in processing jackpots.
• Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment; promote team relations and report issues appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• One (1) year of cashiering experience preferred.

How You’ll Be Successful

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in English.
• Ability to troubleshoot various situations.
• Basic math skills.

What to Expect

• Availability: Ability to work different shifts, including holidays, weekends, and nights, to support a 24/7 operation.
• Physical: Ability to maneuver throughout the casino, ascend/descend stairs, stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift at least 25 lbs. Regularly move, push, or pull materials or boxes as needed.
• Environment: Exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) on the gaming floor.
