Role Description

AWW Films is seeking a VFX Music Video Editor for a contract hybrid role based in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing music videos, utilizing advanced visual effects techniques to enhance storytelling and elevate the final product. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong creative vision, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for music-driven content.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a video editor specializing in music-centric video content
• Strong video editing skills with a focus on VFX-heavy projects
• Expertise in visual effects techniques and compositing
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to match an artist's creative vision
• Strong storytelling ability through editing and visual effects
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the film or music industry is a plus
• Must be local to Orange County, CA, for seamless file management and collaboration
