You’ll blend traditional post‑production craft with AI tools to accelerate iteration and extend what a small in‑house team can deliver, while collaborating with producers and creatives to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in video editing, VFX, or motion design in an agency, studio, or in‑house production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D or equivalent.
• Direct experience with AI video/image generation tools and practical judgment on when to use them versus traditional production.
• Deep understanding of lighting and composition principles for 3D/CG and live‑action footage.
• Comfort with render farm workflows and large renders.
• Process‑oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A reel showing both animation/motion work and video editing is required.

Responsibilities

• Edit and finish video content across broadcast/OTT, social, campaigns, and interactive display formats.
• Produce 2D and 3D animation and motion graphics from simple to complex sequences.
• Apply AI video generation/editing tools to accelerate production and extend capacity.
• Light, render, and composite 3D work in Cinema 4D and manage render farms for efficiency.
• Execute end‑to‑end post‑production in Adobe Creative Cloud – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and account teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain efficient project pipelines and file/version management.
• Support technology integration on interactive/display projects with developers and vendors.
