Amber is seeking a talented VFX Artist to craft original artwork and cutting‑edge visuals for diverse projects. You will design, simulate, and shader effects, balancing performance with quality while meeting deadlines.

Your role involves collaborating with producers, leads, and editors to ensure smooth delivery and creative alignment across teams. You should have a strong eye for motion, timing, and visual storytelling, plus hands‑on experience with Unreal/Unity and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art or related field is required.
• Experience as a VFX Artist or similar role.
• Portfolio reel or samples demonstrating visual effects work.
• Strong understanding of motion, animation, timing and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of video production elements: staging, sound, lighting.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality, performant visuals within budgets.
• Be dependable and able to hit deadlines.
• Conceptualize, design and create cutting‑edge special effects, including particle effects, dynamic simulations and shader effects.
• Take direction and feedback from leads and supervisors.
• Collaborate with producers and supervisors to manage workflow.
• Organize dailies, rounds, meetings and follow up on information.
• Communicate updates clearly to crew and other departments.
• Maintain progress summaries of daily work by artists.
• Oversee client deliveries of temps and finals.
• Manage edits with editorial department and stay methodical under pressure.
