Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Project Manager to lead VFMP modernization initiatives for the VHA. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and delivery, and ensure contractual requirements are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and 4 years’ experience in government or large healthcare settings. You’ll drive performance metrics and stakeholder communications to deliver scalable, sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification required; 4+ years' experience in government or large healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of VFMP modernization initiatives.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with contract requirements and Government standards.
• Define work requirements, assign responsibilities, and establish efficient paths to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts among business, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, including EDI-related items.
• Monitor performance with established metrics and provide status reporting to leadership.
