Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Raleigh, NC seeks a Product Manager for Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to drive growth in the VFD and power quality business. You will strategize market-driven initiatives and lead teams to address technical selling challenges and operational needs.

The role blends technical expertise with leadership, offering pathways to global leadership opportunities. Strong background in industrial automation and motor control is essential, with relocation and travel supported as needed.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years in industrial automation.
Strong selling skills, customer facing.
Hands-on technical experience with factory automation, process control sub-markets, motor control technology, control loops, Variable speed control, VFD technology, power filtering and conditioning.
Hands-on technical exposure to leading drive brands (Delta, ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Yaskawa, Danfoss, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Nidec, Lenze, Invertek).
Nice to have understanding of UL, CE, TUV, Safety and Networks (E/IP, PROFINET, etc).
