Job description

Kansas City, United States | Posted on 08/23/2026

The Savy Agency

was built to close the gap no onetalks about in hiring.

In the real world of recruiting:
  • Recruitersoften can’t tell candidates what they did wrong
  • HRteams are constrained by compliance, risk, and internal politics

The result is a broken middle where good candidates feellost, hiring teams feel frustrated, and everyone is left guessingwhat actually matters.

I built The Savy Agency after 15+ years in recruiting andHR, having worked across agency, corporate, startup, and executiveenvironments. I’ve seen firsthand where the hiring system breaks down—forcompanies and for candidates—and why so many smart people struggle on bothsides of the table.

What We Do Differently

The Savy Agency operates as a trusted, independent talentadvisor.

We work with companies and candidates in clearly defined, ethical lanes, giving each side something they rarely get: honest,real-world guidance grounded in how hiring actually works.

Not scripts.

Real insight from inside recruiting, hiring decisions, andpeople operations.
