Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking a licensed veterinary technician to lead the Wellness Center team within our host store network in Mesa, AZ. You will manage staff, coordinate with the on-site veterinarian, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.

You will oversee inventory, payroll entries, client education, and daily operations while delivering high-quality preventive care services to pets and fostering positive relationships with pet parents and store partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing 3+ team members.
• Licensed veterinary technician required for leadership role.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness Center staff and ensure clinic protocol adherence.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment management.
• Manage payroll entries in ADP and staff scheduling in Apollo.
• Provide client education and vet-approved preventive care recommendations.
• Coordinate with host location management and on-site veterinarians.
