Job summary

Shift Ladder is seeking a veterinary technician with a four-year degree and VTS specialty to join our advanced clinical team. You will apply specialized skills in anesthesia monitoring, dental radiography, ICU care, and complex surgeries.

In this role you will monitor anesthesia, manage emergency and critical care patients, train and mentor junior staff, and perform specialized laboratory diagnostics. A Bachelor’s in Veterinary Technology plus VTS certification is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Veterinary Technology required with VTS specialty certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to mentor others.
  • Ability to manage stress in high-stakes ICU and surgical environments.

Responsibilities
