Job description

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an exceptional Ultrasound Veterinary Technician .

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm. Subject to change.

Pay: $19.30 - $28.70 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As an Ultrasound Veterinary Technician , you will:

  • You prepare patients for ultrasound.
  • Your safely restrain patients for procedures.
  • You place intravenous catheters in all peripheral veins.
  • You perform phlebotomy.
  • You prepare slides for cytology.
  • Assist with fine needle aspirates
  • You proficiently perform digital radiographs.
  • You monitor patients during anesthesia or while sedated.
  • You have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
  • You have patience and empathy to address client concerns.
