Job summary

Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join a technician-driven team. The role offers exposure to outpatient care, surgery, diagnostics, and treatment, with mentorship and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance clinically.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for client education.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Surgical experience is a plus; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, patient care, and treatments
• Run outpatient appointments and client education
• Perform laboratory work, radiology, dental procedures, and nursing care
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgery (training available)
• Participate in patient hospitalization and ongoing medical care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Work collaboratively with a compassionate, highly skilled team
