Job description

Adobe Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry.

We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment - balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands-on procedural support. We value credentialed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care.

In this position, you will play a key role in both outpatient and procedural workflows, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
• Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Assisting with surgical procedures, including patient preparation, surgical support, and post-operative care
• Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $ 30 - $36 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Tuesday through Friday.

Full-time Benefits Package*:

• Bonus package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of California
• CE allowance: $500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience preferred
• Active and good-standingRegistered Veterinary Technician in the state of California **
