BluePearl Pet Hospital in Summerville is looking for a Surgery Veterinary Technician Supervisor with a passion for patient care and the ability to help motivate and engage a team of veterinary professionals!

Pay: $24 - $43 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will...

• Serve as a mentor to surgery staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.

• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.

• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.

• Other related duties as assigned.
