Job description

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with a passion for motivating, engaging, and training a team of veterinary professionals.

Payscale: $30.20 - $47.30/hr

Schedule: Sun - Tue or Wed - Sat, 6:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a mentor to staff, demonstrating positive work habits, clinical skills, and business knowledge.
2. Coach team members to proactively address patient and client needs and handle stressful situations effectively.
3. Collaborate with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings.
4. Coordinate training schedules for the technician staff.
5. Identify workplace conflicts and assist in resolution.
6. Provide feedback and develop performance improvement plans.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have advanced veterinary skills, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and be proficient in training and mentoring.
