Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician with active license/certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT).
• Experience supervising or mentoring technicians in a fast-paced ER environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Full Technician Skill Utilization across ER and specialty services.
• Collaborate with all hospital services to ensure seamless care.
• Coach associates to support career development and performance improvement.
• Some regional travel required to support multiple hospital teams.
• Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance.
• Provide feedback on performance and help leadership develop improvement plans.
• Support VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling for staff.
• Maintain and update clinical skills and knowledge.
