BluePearl Pet Hospital in Studio City, CA is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who can motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. The role offers a swing/overnight schedule with a starting pay of $32–$49 per hour and additional shift differentials for nights and weekends.

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek resolution while providing feedback for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Studio City, CA is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals!

Pay: $32 - $49 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system.

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.

*Shift differials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

For example:

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.00 Shift Differential

Schedule: Swing/Overnight

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor , you will...

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution .
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
