Dewitt Animal Hospital in Plainville, MA is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and shape the future of our hospital. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accountability, growth, and a positive culture in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with hospital leadership to ensure strong clinical workflows, training, and a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills (surgery, anesthesia, patient care, workflow coordination).
• Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation).
• Experience with PIMS and other veterinary software (EzyVet, VetSnap etc.) is a plus.
• A strong veterinary technician with leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership.
• Passionate about teaching, coaching, and developing others.
• Organized, solution-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
• Able to balance team support with accountability and performance standards.
• Comfortable navigating change and helping teams adapt with new systems and workflows.

Dewitt Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is ready to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and help shape the future of our hospital.

The Technician Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, elevating medical standards, and developing the technician team.

You will work closely with hospital leadership to ensure:

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• A strong veterinary technician with leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $29/hourly, based on experience
• Eligibility of a sign‑on bonus up to $1500 based on experience
