Dewitt Animal Hospital in Plainville, MA is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and shape the future of our hospital. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced setting focused on accountability, patient care, and a positive culture.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate clinical workflows, and partner with hospital leadership to elevate standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills (surgery, anesthesia, patient care, workflow coordination).
• Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation, etc.).
• Experience with PIMS and other veterinary software (EzyVet, VetSnap) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor while guiding the technician team.
• Develop and coach the technician staff.
• Maintain high standards of clinical workflows and patient care.
• Ensure compliance and accurate medical documentation.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on process improvements.
