Job summary

Dewitt Animal Hospital in Plainville, MA is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and shape the future of our hospital.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure strong clinical workflows, ongoing skill development, and a collaborative, patient-centered culture while maintaining high standards for safety, documentation, and client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in surgery, anesthesia, patient care, and workflow coordination.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation, etc.).
• Experience with veterinary software (PIMS, EzyVet, VetSnap) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technician team on the floor.
