About the Role

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and leadership skills to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals in Christiana, DE.

Key Qualifications

• Advanced veterinary skills and credentials (VTS preferred)

Responsibilities

• Mentor and demonstrate positive work habits and clinical skills
• Coach team members to proactively address patient and client needs
• Organize training and meetings for staff
• Identify and resolve workplace conflicts
• Develop performance improvement plans
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00/hour, dependent on experience and leveling. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates. Shift differentials available for nights and weekends.
