BluePearl Pet Hospital in Charlestown, MA is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of veterinary professionals. The role focuses on training, advanced veterinary skills, and strong communication to ensure excellent patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

The successful candidate will organize training, lead team meetings, and collaborate with hospital leadership to drive performance and development across technicians and assistants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated situations.
• Organize tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $31.60 - $49.40 / hour

This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will...

• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
