Qualifications

• Registered or Provisional Veterinary Technician required.
• 2+ years working in a veterinary clinic.
• Emergency or specialty experience a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to high-level patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Venipuncture, catheter placement, and diagnostic sample collection.
• Anesthesia monitoring, sedation, and procedures.
• Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy.
• Medication calculation and administration (IV, IM, SQ).
• Diagnostic imaging assistance (radiographs, ultrasound support).
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate nursing care.
• Superior surgical prep, sterile technique, and instrument handling.
• Patient monitoring and pain scoring with trend recognition.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $26.00-$29.00/hour
• Swing Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Overnight Differential: +$5.00/hour
• Eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus for RVTs hired into ICU positions

About You

• Registered or Provisional Veterinary Technician required
