Job summary

PetVet Care Centers' Spanish Trail Pet Clinic in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, handling exams, anesthesia support, and medical record maintenance in a busy clinic.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 based on experience, a strong team culture, and opportunities for professional growth. Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend coverage possible, and a supportive environment for pets and people.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be considered
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of Veterinary experience preferred
• Able to handle physically demanding work and heavy lifting

Responsibilities

• Determine animal requirements by examinations and records review.
• Provide patient care including vital signs, medications, vaccinations, and wound care.
• Assist during examinations and surgeries; prepare and restrain patients as directed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with pet owners about status.
