Job summary

PetVet Care Centers’ Rabun Animal Hospital in Mountain City, Georgia is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team. Earn a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 based on experience as a credentialed veterinary technician and provide high-quality patient care and service.

Qualifications

• Must be LVMT/CVT/LVT/RVT licensed.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by determining animal requirements, performing examinations and diagnostic procedures, and assisting during surgery.
• Maintain medical records and patient charts with accurate documentation.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
• Assist with restraint, nursing care, and hospital procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Communicate with pet owners about patient status and care instructions.
