Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Veterinary Technician to join our hospital team. You will support veterinarians, educate clients, and provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with exams, administering medications, laboratory work, and assisting in surgery. On-site role with a sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth within WellHaven.

Qualifications

• Must hold CVT, RVT, or LVT certification.
• 1+ year of veterinary hospital experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination, treatment, and monitoring under a veterinarian.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
• Prepare and analyze lab samples; operate lab equipment.
• Assist in surgical prep and post-operative care.
• Educate clients on wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and charting.
